YARD CLEAN UP!
We will not be having a cooperative fall clean up this year. Although we are asking that each resident does clean up both their front and back yards. Broken or worn out patio furniture can be put out on trash pick up days. Cleaning up your yards now will be a lot easier than after the ground freezes, so lets make sure to keep the cooperative looking clean.
REMEMBER TO REGISTER ANY ALTERATIONS TO YOUR UNIT WITH THE FRONT OFFICE!
Please remember when making any alterations to your unit (both inside and out!) you must fill out a ‘Installation Alteration Application’ form. It must go to the Board of Directors for approval before any work can be started.
Forms can be picked up in the office or you can click here to print one at home.
*When applying for a fence, deck, or patio, we must have a rough sketch with accurate measurements of where you would like your work will be done. *Approvals will not be accepted if these are not provided.*
All requests should be returned to the front desk of the Hanover Grove office.
TRASH, GARBAGE BAGS
ALL trash must be in black garbage bags (that are provided to you). If you have run out of bags and need another box, you may stop by the office or maintenance department during working business hours to pick up an additional box (you will be charged for this box).
