REMEMBER TO REGISTER ANY ALTERATIONS TO YOUR UNIT WITH THE FRONT OFFICE!

Please remember when making any alterations to your unit (both inside and out!) you must fill out a ‘Installation Alteration Application’ form. It must go to the Board of Directors for approval before any work can be started.

Forms can be picked up in the office or you can click here to print one at home.

*When applying for a fence, deck, or patio, we must have a rough sketch with accurate measurements of where you would like your work will be done. *Approvals will not be accepted if these are not provided.*

All requests should be returned to the Hanover Grove office.


ATTENTION RESIDENTS: Do not post date your checks for us to hold them. Checks are deposited the day we receive them. You must use only blue or black ink when writing your checks or they will be returned to you.
