For Hanover Grove Cooperative Members on our Project Based Section 8 Program, monthly housing charges are based on TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME. Our Recertification Office, based on HUD guidelines and Section 8 availability/standing, determines what a member will be charged. For Members not on our Project Based Section 8 Program, the Basic Rate will be the monthly charge.
